1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Autiverse mobile application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Mindverse Apps ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Autiverse is a mental health support application designed for individuals with autism, ADHD, and related conditions. Our services include:

• Free Services: Local journaling and data export functionality
• Premium Services: AI-powered periodic insights, personalized goal strategies, curated resources, and AI chat support
• Educational resources and community information

Important Medical Disclaimer: Autiverse is not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or emergency services. This app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice and in emergency situations. Do not share sensitive personal information, medical details, or any information you would not want to be processed by AI systems.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Autiverse. Users between 13-17 years of age must have parental or guardian consent. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirements
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will use the service only for lawful purposes

4. User Account and Security

Autiverse uses secure third-party authentication services to protect your account. We only receive basic identification information necessary for account creation and management.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. All app data is stored locally on your device - we do not store personal data on our servers.

Data Privacy Notice: Do not input sensitive personal information, medical records, or confidential data into the app, especially when using AI features. You use the service at your own risk and discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Local Data Storage: Autiverse is designed with privacy in mind. All your personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not store personal content on our servers.

AI Services: When you use premium AI features, your data may be processed by trusted third-party AI service providers. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements that include enterprise-level security and compliance protections.

Limited Server Data: We only store minimal analytics data (such as usage statistics) and technical information necessary for app functionality. No personal content or sensitive information is retained on our servers.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with data transmission and storage.

6. Subscription and Billing

Autiverse offers two service tiers:

• Free Service: Basic journaling features and data export functionality
• Premium Subscription: AI-powered insights, personalized strategies, curated resources, and chat support

Premium subscription fees are processed through your device's app store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings.

No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only available as required by law or your app store's policies.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Autiverse for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the service
• Distributing malware or other harmful code
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating others or providing false information

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Autiverse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Mindverse Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Autiverse is provided for informational and support purposes only. The App and its content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. This is not a medical device or healthcare service.

AS-IS SERVICE: The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the service.

USER RESPONSIBILITY: You acknowledge that you use this app entirely at your own risk and discretion. Do not share sensitive, confidential, or medical information through the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

NO LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINDVERSE APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS APP.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $10 USD, whichever is less.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: We are not responsible for any issues, data breaches, or problems arising from third-party services used in connection with the app.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindverse Apps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion:

• Your access to premium features will cease immediately
• We may retain minimal usage data to prevent abuse of free features
• Data processed by third-party services may be retained according to their respective data retention policies
• Any data retention will be in accordance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, though we are under no obligation to monitor user behavior.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

13. Compliance and User Responsibility

User Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this app complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to data protection laws, healthcare regulations, and professional conduct standards.
